To Edmonton: Mike Rathje and PHI 3rd in '08
To Philadelphia: Matt Greene and a EDM 6th in '08
Stipulation on trade: If Mike Rathje plays 50 or more games in NHL this season (07-08) the 6th rounder coming to Philly becomes a 4th in '08.

Signs a 2 year $1,500,000 contract with a $1,000,000 SB with Detroit.
Special Clause: Guaranteed 2nd Line Centre plus an additional $500000 for reaching 100pts in the 2007-2008 season.

NY Rangers Coach Tom Renney, $500,000 bonus if the Rangers win the Cup in the 2008/2009 Season

If the Sharks re-sign Bill Guerin for 2009-2010, they would give an extra third round pick in 2010 to the Rangers.
San Jose sends a 2010 TOR 3rd to the Rangers to complete the deal as they have re-signed Bill Guerin. The Pick will be assigned to NYR at seasons end.
